Transparent pricing how we design packages that make sense

Transparent pricing

Luxury should never feel vague. When pricing is unclear, you spend mental energy on numbers instead of the road. Our goal is a structure that lets you decide in minutes, not in messages.

That is why our Rates are built around two simple questions: how long do you want the car, and how far do you plan to drive. Everything else is stated upfront as either included, optional, or outside scope.

A quick way to think about it

Start with the time window you want. Then choose the distance allowance that matches your route. If you are unsure, request a quote and we will map it to the cleanest package.

The principle: time first, distance second

Time is the core of the experience. It covers the reserved slot, the preparation, and the private handover. Distance is simply the variable part, because your itinerary is personal.

A short, concentrated drive around Zurich is a different use case than an alpine day. Both can be perfect. They just need different distance logic, so the pricing stays fair in both directions.

Why distance allowances exist

A performance car comes with real running costs that scale with distance. A distance allowance makes those costs visible and predictable, while keeping the base package clean.

We keep it simple: choose the allowance that matches your route, or select an unlimited option when the plan is open ended. Either way, you know the framework before you confirm.

Decision What to look at Usually best fit
City loop Short route, planned stops, close to Zurich Short time window with standard allowance
Lake day Scenic pace, photos, lunch, one or two towns Half day or full day with upgraded allowance
Alpine pass Elevation, longer distances, flexible route choice Full day with high allowance or unlimited
Open itinerary You decide on the day, no fixed distance plan Unlimited distance option

How to choose the right package

Most decisions become obvious once you name the purpose of the drive. A proposal has a different rhythm than a birthday surprise. A solo drive is different than an anniversary with photos.

We design packages to remove friction. That means fewer options, clearer boundaries, and a consistent host experience across every time window. If a detail matters, it is stated. If it does not matter, it is not a checkbox.

A note on add ons

Add ons are only useful when they protect time and mood. Concierge delivery is about comfort. A curated route is about confidence. Extra time is about breathing room. None of them should feel like a hidden fee.

If you request a quote, we show the clean base package first. Then we list any add ons as optional so you can keep the experience minimal or elevate it with intention.

Examples you can copy

Below are three routes that match common requests. Think of them as templates. You can copy them, adjust the stops, or ask us to design one around your schedule.

Route Time Distance Suggested package Notes
Zurich, lake loop, photo stop Two to three hours Low Short window with standard allowance Best for first time drivers and a clean surprise
Lake towns, lunch, relaxed return Half day Medium Half day with upgraded allowance Comfortable pace with space for photos
Alpine pass with flexible route choices Full day High Full day with high allowance or unlimited Ideal when the road decides the plan

The details that keep it effortless

Transparency is not only about numbers. It is also about timing, preparation, and what you can expect at handover. We confirm the essentials in writing so there are no surprises on the day.

If you are planning a special moment, we recommend choosing a little more time than you think. The extra margin often becomes the difference between rushing and enjoying.

Finally, we keep communication concise. You should not need a long thread to understand what is included. If you want it simple, it stays simple.

Where to find exact numbers

Exact rates, allowances, and optional services live on the Rates page. This article explains the design logic, so the numbers feel predictable when you see them.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just a single flat price

A flat price looks simple, but it shifts costs between guests. A clear time plus distance structure stays fair, especially when plans range from a short city loop to an alpine day.

What if we change the route during the drive

If you selected an allowance, we simply track distance and keep it transparent. If you want full freedom, choose an unlimited option and drive with no second thoughts.

Can you help us design the route

Yes. If you tell us the mood and the time window, we can suggest a refined route with scenic stops that fits the package cleanly.

What is the easiest way to book

Request through the form and include your preferred date, time window, and a rough idea of distance. We reply with the best fit package and a concise confirmation.
